Sniper's Debt by Mainak Dhar

This is a breathtaking journey about a hijacked plain and their passangers. Hijacking plain is most anticipated horrific thought which causes peple angst in today's world. We have no solutions how to protect our people when floating across the sky and somebody snatched them from us, took full control over their life and put them a land that come out of nowher !! This the time when powerful people also get the helpless feeling under their spine and their heart beat raised by every passing time.

 Perhaps watching movies about hijacking, sitting in an airconditioned cinema hall might gives you chills and thrills, but reading, this would simply take your breath out. Reading would give you far more intimate and intence feeling and you would rejoice the goosebump. You would feel the cold vibe goes down under your nape through every word in this book.

It's an intence story as I was thinking when I start reading. This is the story of hard men, getting their gear ready, waiting for orders to move into action. As long as I read I feel chill goes down throuh spine and  started feeling proud of our soldiers. I got sensed that be it Field Major or Marines ; from our country or belongs to other part of the world, somehow they all are connected by their whimsical fate, they are all fastened with unseen string of feelings between them, feeling of valor, chivalry , putting himself into danger for other civilian people, never felt fear, courageous, fearless, quick thinking mind, all the brave hearts, catch us with their firm personality.

Writer has also crafted perfectly the contrast of civilian life and tourmoil life of an army man and thirst for peaceful normal life which is every human mind's first and last desired thing.

When Mainak Dhar penned the insight, that is why I prefer book over movie, because only a writer can give you the perfect feeling of character, every breath you could sense, his shallow breath- hows it actually feels when you have to swallow your pride and put up with shit that you would normally not tolerate, hoping and waiting for the right moment....

As Dhar narrated he changed the notions about the muscle power of jihadis, he described clearly every single act of terrorism, be it a rape or cold bloded killing, massacre, it's not about any country or any emotional thing, it's not on sex it's about power only power, by standing up to him zoya had challenged his manhood and when the main protagonist Major aditya grabbed his hand had made him feel like he was no longer a boss..
All in all,  if you are looking for breath taking thriller this book would make for you . Engaging writing packed up like real life event which is best part of the book. I would give this book 4 stars and hope you will enjoy it.
